Master of Pastoral Studies and Master of Business Administration (Online)

Also available on campus.

Loyola’s online master of pastoral studies and master of business administration (M.B.A.) dual degree program prepares graduates for rewarding careers and fulfilling lives. In the M.B.A. program, students become well-versed in business theory and learning how to add value to organizations, while pastoral studies courses teach students how to incorporate faith-based values into their work in any field and to embrace practices that support the common good.

This dual master’s degree program in pastoral studies and business administration is ideal for students interested in religious or non-profit fields, such as in church and diocesan positions, nonprofit organizations and agencies, or Catholic and other faith-based healthcare facilities. The M.P.S./M.B.A. program is also aimed at business leaders who want to integrate Christian spirituality into their work in any field while remaining alert to the significance of faith for employees and customers.
